I did not sleep last night. I got up during the night and had a snack but in my food plan. I did not walk yesterday. I sat and did work at my desk all day. I guess I need to walk or get some exercise if I want to sleep at night. I missed getting up at 6am to walk this morning so I had better get my walk in at lunch. I am bushed already and it is only 8:30am. Oh well onward and upward.

Must have been something in the air, I didn't sleep either. Woke up just after midnight and watched tv till 3:30. Finally went back to sleep till 4:15. Thinking I'm going to try laying down this afternoon or I'll never make dinner.
