Midnight now, a damn fly got into the house and is buzzing around my desk lamp as I type. Jeez, it is Tuesday already. P.E.T (protective Exercise Time)!
Neighborhood Watch is having their Annual National Night Out this Tuesday evening so it was either prepare the pasta salad and spinach bread tonight or tomorrow which would have taken my alloted hour for the gym.
Side dishes are completed and refrigerating now. I should be in bed soon and am hoping I can fall asleep quickly, feel refreshed in the morning, and get my rear-end up and running. Wish me luck with Mrs. Gorrell's famous peach cobbler and the spinach bread! Moderation will be key for me. Have a wonderful Tuesday everyone:) P.S. I hope you enjoy my flowers, as I am beginning to think I am relating more to Mrs Threadgood character(Remember her collage of flowers in the nursing home?)My poster reads: The more you do, the more you will learn and understand. You'll discover new tactics that work best for you and which onces don't. It's like weeding out the garden- Not the most enjoyable job in the world, but when it is done, all is well. Keep sticking with it and soon it will be beautiful flowers for you. TOWANDA!!
