Weekend wasnt bad but did alot of drinking of wine, Had a wedding and what not, controled the eating as best as I could and made sure not to over splurge but to enjoy myself. No workout today got on my Harley and took a ride with my guy and friends beside I did "funtional training" yesterday. If you never did then you have to. the back of my legs are killing today but it was well worth it. Also did cardio burst and 10 min interval running on treadmil then walked in high heels all night so I got my workout in. Hope everyone else is good
