sooo i've been back at school and practically forgot about my fatsecret!
but I've been doing okayish. After volleyball pre-season, I went way down to 188 pounds. apparently 5 hour a day workouts for one week is more than enough. However, with the pressure and STRESS of ap statistics...i've found myself going down to the vending machine late ate night...sunchipssssssss yesssss! I gained about seven pounds but have lost three so far...i'm happy about it!!!! I really want to just change my lifestyle and see food in a completely different way.

You don't need to do a 5 hour work out every day. Go to a martial arts place & tell them you want to learn the Chi Gong exercises. They are very low impact & you do them slowly. They are easy to do & uses up 1 or 2 hours a day. You can do 1 hour & then later on in day do another hour. Most also can be done sitting down. Any questions..drop me a line
