sooo i've been back at school and practically forgot about my fatsecret! but I've been doing okayish. After volleyball pre-season, I went way down to 188 pounds. apparently 5 hour a day workouts for one week is more than enough. However, with the pressure and STRESS of ap statistics...i've found myself going down to the vending machine late ate night...sunchipssssssss yesssss! I gained about seven pounds but have lost three so far...i'm happy about it!!!! I really want to just change my lifestyle and see food in a completely different way.
