Weight down despite eating 4-5 pounds of meat yesterday. Had to weight myself two times, as I could not believe it at first.
Makes me think of that guy that said meat proteins in reality is -2 calories. Probably because it is hard work to digest them and then have to put them to good use.
Did lots of weight lifting and an hour on the bike yesterday, and do not feel sore much this morning. Will have to wait for the coffee to work it's wonders before deciding what to do today. Good morning.
