i have decided to do my own version of a water fast. today so far i have only eaten one thing and then for the rest of the day i am just going to drink water. i tried this a little yesterday and i think it is good.

you need to be careful doing this, because your body will recognize that you're not getting enough calories, or fat, and it will slow your metabolism, so when you do start eating again, it will stall weight loss, and may even cause a gain. bye not eating you are telling your body it is starving, so it will not burn the fat, it will store it. you need to find a "diet" plan that works for you if you're trying to lose weight, but please be careful with fasting.
