Well...I have come a long way...I am down a total of 85 pounds now. My goal is the 10 pound mark as I go...to get below 220...than 210...than 200. I find it helps to work in incriments than to look at the overall weight that I have to lose. I started at 303. My goal is 150. That will be a 150 pound weight loss....a whole person!! That blows my mind!! It's funny how coworkers will come up to me and ask me if I am at my goal. I just look at them...Can't they see I am STILL over 200 pounds?? Being big boned, I have never really looked like I weighed as much as I did and my weight is evenly distributed. I am working on those trouble spots but what worries me the most is my flabby underarm wings. My goal is to be able to wear a cute sundress or tank top and not have all that waving at everyone. They make sleeves so short now that I have trouble finding shirts that will cover it and I am VERY self concious of this.
218.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 68.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I like your idea of 10 pound incremiments, I'll have to try that. I know what you mean about being sick and tired of being sick and tired, I've been there for a while. I'm new to this weight watchers, actually it's the first week, but it seems pretty good so far. Keep up the good work.
