I really don't have much to say honestly. I am having a hard time finding time to exercise with my son only napping twice during the day. During his second nap is when I cook supper b/c I have to leave for work at 5:45 pm and my husband doesn't get home till 4:45ish. I need to have a shower if we go out anywhere in the afternoon so I only have 30 mins to exercise and 30 mins for a shower and to get lunch ready.
I am taking some probiotic pills to reintrodue the good bacteria into my system. I was on antibiotics last week, some strong ones, and I want to get everything back under control.

I remember how precious those nap times were for getting a little "me time" and for getting stuff done. It was quite traumatic after the naps started disappearing. Hang in there. The good thing is that as he gets older, he will be more independant and you will be able to get more things done while he is awake. And you can always take him for a walk if you need to work in some exercise.

Can you take him for walks in the stroller? That would qualify as exercise.............

Yeah I can take him for a walk but he gets bored quickly and then sometimes complains for half the walk. I want to start jogging a bit with him in the stroller and see how that goes. I jog on the treadmill and did that 5k so I want to get my heart rate going.
