Lol does everyone cheat on keto?
Is anyone truly faithful 🤔

The reason of why I think I don’t cheat is cause even when I let go I still make the better choices....it’s been yrs that I don’t eat a family size bag of hot Cheetos

when I go all out I still skip one meal, not cause I have to but cause my stomach can no longer tolerate that much food

Taking a weekly/monthly look, anyone that's successfully dieting or in maintenance doesn't cheat. It's what you do habitually that counts.

So as long as you end up hitting your goal then it's not a cheat. Using that metric, not as many people cheat on Keto as you think.
