I just don't get it. I thought I had a really good week, stayed under my calories every day except 1 and went to the gym and walked more than I ever have and I loose practically nothing. The month of July was probably my most consistant month of going to the gym, and tracking everything I ate, but it's the month I lost the least amount of weight.
I know it's a slow process, I know that I didn't gain all this weight in a week, or a month or a year...but today it feels like I am never going to get there.
