Back home after a very fun trip. It was quite exhausting, and the eating habits were not good. I'm tempted to not weigh in for a few days to give my body a chance to adjust after all that. I did learn something though...while on my diet I have only had high blood sugar levels when I first wake in the mornings...that is not the case when I'm not eating healthy. Blood sugar readings two hours after eating should be under 140...mine was in the 160's yesterday two hours after my meal, prediabetes range. First order of business is the bag full of laundry that returned with me, second order of business is meal planning for this week, starting with fish and veggies for dinner tonight.

Thanks Shia! It was great, but I'm glad to be home...totally exhausted, and my feet are killing me. Too much walking maybe.

Glad you had a good time. Take time to rest those feet :) Allowing sugar and sodium levels to return to normal after your trip, before weighing in, would not be a crime. Maybe you could give yourself a day or two to breathe and settle in at home first. How are you feeling now? Are you still sick?

Think I got past being sick, but did find that whatever I am allergic to in the air here is in a greater abundance there. :p I had to take a lot of allergy pills, but otherwise doing good! Thanks. :)
