Gained a pound, wasn't as strict with myself this week, pmsing, all excuses - really it boils down to not exercising and using poor choices. Today begins another week. By next thursday I want to be in the 240's - means really watching what I eat, limiting all bad choices,and beginning to exercise. Although I am beginning a cold, I could still walk, lift small weights. I can loose three pounds this week, I can loose three pounds this week, I can!
