i am really nervous for my weigh in tomorrow. i dont think i have been watching what i am eating close enough and i think i might have actually gained weight... :( i hope not but i am gonna try really hard today for the rest of the day since i went to ihop for breakfast (bad choice)
i made some ok decisions yesterday but today i just cant say yes to junk food at all. i want to get junk food out of my life so bad but i just dont think its working. im too weak minded. arrgh!! =^(

you should be doing great - you've been exercising every day, right? and ihop now and then shouldn't be too bad. you're doing great. and you're right - say NO to junk food! you'll feel better about it if you don't give in to it.

ya i excercise alot but i dont feel like that will make up for what i ate yesterday. :( thanks for your advice and your right :) i know i will feel better if i say no and im gonna try really really hard today. :)

Hey cuz. Your binge with your parents is no big deal--I binge, like, 3 times a week and I lost three pounds. Just remember that the first isn't going to be easy--but you will eventually start to lose weight if you keep excercising like you do!!!! =D
