Nice!! Here's another good one; 1 cup frozen strawberries, 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, 1/2 cup to 1 cup frozen dark cherries, 2/3 cup warm water...blend well with immersion blender then add 30gm vanilla protein (or recovery) powder and blend again...awesome huge smoothy (260 - 310 calories)...

I like to use unsweetened almond milk instead of a milk substitute. Looks very yummy.
