Weight loss journey now 20% complete. Started at 202, two months later now at 192. Depending on the build I find under all this fat, target weight is 160 to 150, six to eight months away. Plus another couple of years using Fat Secret to maintain my weight to not relapse. Not that long when I consider how long it took to get my body into this state. WEIGHT LOSS IS REAL, IT'S DOABLE. WE'RE ALL GOING TO MAKE IT!
