Okay, i worked out like a humpty-dumpty beast today! Very proud of myself! I did 🙌🌞 , then t25 upper body, then cize dance and then walked the dog. I feel surprisingly good, especially since we went to the fair yesterday and i got 21k steps. Usually the fair puts me out of commission for the next day or two. Broke fast @20 hours. Pix of what i harvested today (so cool!!!) and my meal. Planning to post a better explanation about my "lithuanian" meal!!

Your photos look delicious!! I'm glad you're feeling great after your workout! I find its definitely a mood booster, and I tend to sleep better (which helps for the following day).
