They are the cheapest at Asian supermarkets, located in the refrigerated section next to tofu. Sometimes Walmart sells them too.

For shirataki, drain it, rinse the stink off, then toast in a nonstick pan before cooking adding flavors. Helps the texture and eliminates the fishy smell.
