The thing to remember is that any low fat food is typically higher in carbohydrates because of added sugar. You might consider plain yogurt, a little vanilla and mix in some real fruit. Just do a side by side nutritional check and see how it might work out for you

I agree Kenna Morto opinion, all skim dairy products are really white soda. They add sugar during manufacturing, to improve the taste.
