Finally feel like I'm over the hump. Got my meclizine in and it has done wonders for me. Feel more like myself. Realized what happened. I used the "P" word in my schemes. You know, P L A N. aka - not gonna happen 'cause some other sh*#t is. So now, I am thinking about jumping is and getting down to business. Also thinking about getting a fit bit type device to help monitor my sleep and movements. Any suggestions would be most helpful. I sure don't want to fork out what they ask for one around here.
