Day 2 of the cals-plosion. What the hell is wrong with me? I figured out that if I wouldve stayed away from the things THAT I SHOULD BE STAYING AWAY FROM, then I wouldnt have gone so far over my RDI. Duh.
Im so irritated with myself. I do this every time I start getting somewhere. Why the self sabotage? Why make excuses for not going to the gym when the gym is what I need for my mental and physical health.
Anyway, Today Goals are: Drink some water Stay in RDI NO MORE BREAKFAST PIZZA THIS WEEK Keep logging everything Go to the gym Go to volleyball practice Update planner Find some cheesy inspirational things to help move forward Stop beating myself up and just move on

This is why this site is here. You are absolutely no alone in this. I've blown my calorie level several times this week. Remember it's not one day at a time it's one moment. Mess up in the AM fix the PM. Always here if you need a shoulder.🙋♀️

Moopie- its a ridiculously delicious pizza from Caseys General Stores. Its got a cheese sauce, scrambled eggs, and then a topping. Work usually gets bacon and sausage but I like the veggie the best. Our store cuts it into squares instead of slices so I never know exactly how much to log. Its funny because Im not a cheese sauce fan but.... that pizza is so good.

This doesnt matter but, I dont work for Caseys. My job is around the corner from one, and Caseys is one of our sponsers our office manager orders pizza for birthdays or whatever. We get it at LEAST twice a month. I was good at avoiding it for awhile but Ive been indulging a little too much lately. #iliketooverexplainthings

😋😋😋 I used to make a lower cal version using scrambled eggs as the base, pizza sauce, cheese + bacon or breakfast sausage. Sound delicious and hard to resist
