freaking out!!


haven't even had my half cantelope(sp?) for lunch today, and i've already gone over my daily limit of carbs - the one thing i'm trying to avoid! should i just drink water for the rest of the day? ah. i plan to. tomorrow should be better. shouldn't have had baked those cookies with morgan. not a good idea! ah.

Can't you eat some boiled chicken and raw carrots or something like that if you get hungry? What kind of diet are you on that you're restricting carbs?
