Just curious....How often do you get on the scale?

I get on every morning and log it on paper. I used to log here just on the 1st of the month, but just started randomly logging it here because I am watching the fat % go down and keeping an eye on my muscle % since I am not exercising.

I like the idea of keeping track on paper everyday. then only logging here periodically. Since I am just starting out, maybe logging here weekly is a good frequency
