Here i am, day 2 of the diet and i feel good and refreshed about myself. i have to say i am enjoying the Jillian Michael's 30 day shred video (i've done it 3 days so far), I was actually able to do a a few push-ups last night which i couldn't do before this week, it was only 3 or 4 but still, it was nice!
Also, seeing a drop in the scale is nice, started earlier this week weighing in at 134.2 on Monday... down to 129.7 today, supposed to get my period this weekend so i am hoping the number is a little lower and the stomach bloat i have will melt down a little by the end of the weekend, its always so hard to feel good about yourself this time of month but with the working out I've been doing i feel like i am making the effort and my body know it so i feel a little percentage better about myself.
Let's hope I make it through the weekend!
