I feel much better tonight. I didn't make the best choices on my food but maybe I needed some extra fat, etc. today. Last night I almost passed out on the treadmill. Team Weight Loss tonight was fun. Personal Training was awesome! I asked the trainer if we could either do some sprints outside or do weight training to shake things up. We ended up going outside. Wow - Suicide sprints, bear walks, lifting tire, and held tire with doing squats. I feel good right now but I think come tomorrow I will feel it. Hopefully, this last couple of days will show on the scale come Monday.
