Well I have been wined and dined from Thursday till Sunday and taken to the cinema by my lovely family. Tried my hardest to keep to my diet failed miserably yesterday. Ate far too many carbs suffered heartburn and bloating. Did better today but was still naughty. Back to the straight and narrow tomorrow.
