Changing up my weighing routine and will start from first thing on Sunday morning after a wee to get a try body weight.

This morning I checked in at 85.3 so basically where I left before my trip to Poland so back in action.
188.1 lb Lost so far: 19.2 lb.    Still to go: 2.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
