Well you are!! I am so glad you are still doing it. I thought for some reason you were reconsidering, but i am not sure why i think that, lol. I dream of a tiny house in the styx.

Yay! So how big? Tiny house? Mansion? Not to burst your bubble but plan on it taking a little longer. Ours took a few months longer than planned. And expenses can be higher so plan for that too. Our addition ended up costing us about 33% more than planned. The original house ended up costing us about $10/ft more than the estimate. Not a lot but enough to aggravate me lol.

It came in right about 790 sq/ft and a year longer in the RV than expected. But I am so ready to move up. Will keep everyone posted with progress pictures.
