Well I've always loved to eat. Especially with no regard as to how healthy it should be. I hate to admit but I eat whenever I'm feeling emotional or bored. I weighed myself yesterday and was very embarrassed. 200 pounds. I've always been about that weight. Up until four months ago I was 189. Never weighed less than that. I was on holiday and gorged and really haven't stopped since. What keeps me from ballooning is I'm breastfeeding. If I wasn't I'd be several stone bigger. I'm making myself accountable now. I will think about and realise what I'm eating. That at least is a start.
