Yesterday was Day 10 of Phase I, regular fat smash. A pretty good day. I'm not losing it as fast as I did last week. Yesterday morning, the scaled said I gained .2 lbs but today I'm down to 141.0. I'll take anything I can get, tho.
I didn't cheat at all yesterday. In fact, I should've eaten more. I was just soooo busy all day until I went to bed. Today won't be as busy along with the rest of the weekend. So, I have no excuse. I went to the gym yesterday after teaching at school and got on the ellyptical for 40 minutes. I'll be happy if I can get to 138 or 139 before Sunday. :) I'm trying my BEST to drink lots of water! That's my downfall.
