Why is it that somedays I feel like I could eat everything in my house and other days I get nauseated just thinking about food. This love hates relationship is so much of a struggle. I'm still proud of my progress (47 lbs less then my highest weight), but I can't help but feel like I should be past this I want to eat everything part. I eat alot, I eat healthy. I eat veggies, but somehow I just don't feel full, like ever. Maybe I should look into appetite suppressants or something like that... I just don't know
