What are your experiences with diet sodas.....can they slow the weight loss or is that a myth. I have been eating out a lot in the past 3 weeks and though I have been choosing healthy options and staying well within my calories allotment I have been drinking 4 to 5 diet cokes a week. Which is a lot.....and I didnt really realize it was that bad till my post. Do you think that could be the cause of my slowing weight loss or does it not affect because it is 0 calorie.

The sweetener will raise my appetite and I overeat but if you did not overeat it should not matter that you had it
