Reduced Morning coffee carbs to 8 gm, mixing equal parts HEB organic half & half with So Delicious Dairy Free Organic Creamer coconut milk. Also, reduced carbs in Pre-Ride Smoothie by half, removed the POM Pomegranate Juice, cut the HEB organic apple juice to 1/2 cup, add water instead of pure Juice. This is a significant reduction in carbs to 35 gm, from 85. These two changes reduced the RDI from just Morning Coffee & Pre-Ride Smoothie alone, from 86% down to 46%. Good changes
