I'm trying something I have never done before - The Fat Fast. Yeah, I know, I know, but I seem to have a really hard time getting into ketosis anymore and I've been stuck at the same weight for MONTHS! Since I have three days off (Tue, Wed, Thurs) I thought it would be the ideal time to do this thing. Day two - can't say I feel great, but I AM down two pounds. Of course, all I did was pee all day yesterday. ROFL
Today is another day full of working on promoting my music studio and ferrying kids to dentist, library and pet food store. I love my life. :)
