Fourth week of the holiday and I have had a few take away meals. The Chinese was the big one last week. Still managed to keep the average daily intake to 2375 cals over last week. Plenty of walking and working locks so been burning about 2300 to 2400 per day. Belt feels a little tighter too. I will soon get any gained off when I get back home and back to work. Wiĺl be under 2 weeks now when I get back to work. Partners daughters wedding today so I can't see this week starting with a low intake ☺
