Friday, June 13th

Exercise: 30 mins treadmill (192 K), about 8 mins of running intervals.

Food and points:
Low points earlier in the day in prep for the winetasting later. At the event, I didn't drink as much, but did taste 7-8 types of wines (all adding to about 2 glasses at most). I mostly ate some cheeses and a few crackers, and 1 spanakopita. Skipped the delicious looking breads, pizza, and other carby items. Still, as a result, I've gained a pount today...

Glad all is good. What on earth is a spanakopita??? Sounds like a Russian dance....

lol! I did not eat a russian dance! lol. It's a greek pastry in phyllo dough w/ spinach and feta...usually served as triangles, all crispy, flaky and yummy!! You HAVE to try!
