Exercise: 30 mins treadmill (192 K), about 8 mins of running intervals.
Food and points: Low points earlier in the day in prep for the winetasting later. At the event, I didn't drink as much, but did taste 7-8 types of wines (all adding to about 2 glasses at most). I mostly ate some cheeses and a few crackers, and 1 spanakopita. Skipped the delicious looking breads, pizza, and other carby items. Still, as a result, I've gained a pount today...
