I keep a food journal here too. The things about the phase one is really to stick with it 100% and not cheat at all. Just tell yourself that this is only for 2 weeks and you CAN do anything for JUST 2 weeks!! See how things are at the end of the 2 weeks. You will be amazed at how your cravings for food and those urges to over eat will disappear!
This is a great site for help, encouragement, motivation and just good friends who are all struggling with weight. There are lots here that have met their goals and continue here to keep themselves on track and help and encourage those of us still on the losing journey. It looks to me like your chart is already heading downward... you're moving in the right direction!
