Awesome! Chicken breast you can never go wrong with. Food lion has WW Smartones on sale. Good luck!

shop the perimeter of your store and stay away from the prepared packages. Also remember the end caps are specifically designed for impulse buying. Simple and fresh foods that are easy to prepare will help you stick to an eating plan best. Beware of sauces or other foods that contain high fructose corn syrup or soybean oils as those are two of the biggest hidden weight loss barriers.

Unsalted nuts (we love the Archer Farm unsalted mix), Greek yogurt, fruit for snacks (bananas, grapes, cherries, apples), Kashi dark chocolate coconut bars (a tasty decadent treat). I agree with staying on the perimeter as much as possible! If I think of more I'll chime in!

Peanut butter and almond butter (eat with banana slices), smoothie stuff (a very simple smoothie is banana + skin milk + ice = creamy deliciousness; can also add a little peanut butter).

Yum! That sounds good! I also just drank one of those kellogs protein shakes, it was very good! Also, you could try sugar free pudding and jello?

Thanks, y'all! I'm going to get a bunch of fruit and yogurt, and chicken breast and beef tips for lunches and dinners. I kinda feel like I'm eating the same thing all the time though -- chicken, beef, chicken, beef. I may throw some fish in there for good measure.

Oh, I cannot even deal with Jello. That jiggling makes me nauseous. LOL!

OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH, I forgot! I don't know if you guys like it but the Pop Secret Kettle Corn! OMG, it is soooo good! And it's not very high in points, it has a ton of fiber!

Well, I'm back and I got bananas, blueberries, cantaloupe and a pineapple; tilapia, steaks, chicken breast, cheddarwurst, and hamburger patties; broccoli, mixed greens, romaine lettuce, stewed tomatoes, mushrooms, German potato salad; four different kinds of cheese; milk; chili; corn chex; yogurt; teriyaki sauce and caramel dip for fruit; and popcorn and potato chips for snacks. I know there's some unhealthy stuff in there but I plan to practice portion control :) The best part is that all this stuff was just under $80.
