The pas two days were extemly hard for me. I had a cocktail Monday and Tuesday and last night I ate basically whatever I wanted to. I didn't go to far overboard but I didn't excercise either. This morning I ate 2 slices of bacon and an egg. That's not to bad. Not sure if I should start Phase 1 over or not. I should be weighing in on Friday I guess that will determine if I start over or not. As of this point I plan to pick up and follow the diet correctly.

Don't worry about it too much. I say just do two extra days of phase one and weigh in on Sunday or Monday morning.. As long as you get back on track now, you'll be ok.
