Are you drinking lots of water? Exercising? That is all I can think of off the top of my head.

Hi yvvie, Are you overeating, remember that it's calories in minus calories out. SBD does not require calorie counting but emphasizes that calories *are* important. Also, the points made above by onoelly, particularly the exercise if you have a good appetite.

Hello all-I have been drinking so much water i feel like a fish and as far as exercising goes i walk and use a stationary bike every other day- but i think i have to start counting my calories-What is the daily allowance? No more than 2000 i think -anyone out there know?

the minimum calorie allowance is 1200 cals per day for a woman. To get you actual allowance (it is probably more) you can use a free website www.calorie-count.com You will also be able to log your calories on it if you so wish.
With regards to the no weight loss, have been eating alot of salty food, is it water retention??

entersandlady-I have been eating lots of salty food lately-i never thought of that!1200-that all!I can eat that between breakfast and lunch! Time to really toughen up!I want to reach my goal by christmas!
