@AboutMyTribe... this is sugar free Winky brand at 5kcal and 0 carb at Walmart and tastes like regular jello so I put a shot of Great Value extra creamy whipped cream at 15kcal and 1 carb for my indulgence 😇

Ha!! I am not partial to jello but you just reminded me of... fat-free/sugar-free pudding. Right? Right! Hey I can make a pie out of it kill off my perfect decreased carbs for a bit. I don't want to get sick of my smoothies.

I have the sugar free pudding as a staple in my snack drawer! I used to love chocolate pudding pie...haven't had it in ages. I wonder how much weight it is....🤔
