Dropped my husband off at the airport yesterday for a business trip. He hugged me goodby.

That is the first time in over 2 years he has touched me in any way. I was in shock! So I kissed him on the cheek.

He has been incredibly supportive of this diet. He makes me food that I can eat when I am away doing shows so that I can eat it when I get home. He likes healthy food, so he has loved the dinners I have been making on this diet. He has lost his tummy already without even trying just from me being on the diet.

WOW....that is sad that he hasn't touched you in over 2 years...not right, but I am happy for you on the flip side! You are doing so great and I know you can reach your goal and continue on the downward slope for a long time! Keep your chin up and know that you are worth it!
