ok, here's the plan: gonna crank up the music, get off my butt, and hop to it---4 hours of continuous work, and no peeking at the internet...!!

Evening update: Arrrggghhh...the work is endless, I'm proceeding at a snail's pace, and I don't feel like tackling ANY of it!!! grr..!
Anyhow, a more balanced day on the food-front today. As planned, I had more proteins and fibers today, and very minimal carbs and fats.
Here's the breakdown: Brunch: In two parts: 1) Sauteed tofu in ginger, lemongrass, red chilli (2) 2) side of sauteed portebellos in parsley and basil (0) 3) 1 gardenburger patty (2) 4) 1 cucumber (0) 5) Spinach & arugula salad with dash of olive oil (1), tomato, reduced fat feta (1), 3-4 black olive bits
snack: coffee with cream (1) and 1 almond biscotti (3?)
Other snacks: 1 bowl watermelon (2) 1 bowl grapes (2) 1 ricecake (1) 12 roasted almonds (2)
Dinner: Mixed veg stir fry (sauce: black soy sauce, vegi oyster sauce, red chilli sauce, corn starch, little bit of sesame oil), 3-4 peanuts (2 pts total)
1 gardenburger patty (2)
Total: 21 pts (Not high in points,but very filling, good variety, well-balanced mix--amazing how much you can fit in when it's a high-dose of veggies and fruits)
Water: drank a lot!
