Went completely hog wild and ate a bunch of fried chicken. Picked it up during my twice weekly foray to the grocery store to get food, which is silly. But it was the big splurge and I'm pretty set for the week now. So back up on the horse tomorrow, and maybe even get some exercise in. Can't feel too bad about what is already done, must look ahead instead.

I'm trying to visualize 12 weeks ahead. October 16. A couple weeks before Halloween. Actually visualizing what my life will be like in August and September to do this. It'll still be nice during the day, but the beginning of fall.

I'll eat healthy and will have found some exercise that I like enough to do regularly. I hate gyms so much. And it's really hard to make myself go at all. Just order EA More Sports for the Wii, so maybe that will be fun--it has a built in six week challenge. Six weeks (from last Saturday) is September 4. By then I could be down by 10 pounds, maybe more. That would put me in the high 170s, which would be great.
