Yay!!! Two week vacation and I managed to stay even with my weight. I'm convinced now :) I knew it was going to be hard to stay on track with the constant offers of blender drinks and appies so I decided to focus on a RDI of 2200 which is maintenance (even though I haven't hit goal yet). It totally worked. I couldn't believe it when I stepped on the scale and I hadn't gained even though I feel like I ate quite a bit. My husband did say that I snacked much less than in previous years. I'm quite inspired. I was so worried about what would happen when I hit goal but now I know that 2200 calories (which is a lot of food) will allow me to maintain a weight I can be proud of!
