I've returned from my business trip, and I can gladly say that I maintained my weight during this trip. I didn't over indulge with my eating, but I didn't count calories either. I just tried to eat healthy and not too much of any one thing. I did drink mostly water with some lemon and splenda added.
I'm back on my calorie counting routine this week. :)
