I love the fact that I am learning to eat smarter and healthier. I ate at Cracker Barrel last night, had lots of great food and stayed within my daily 1300 calorie range. Also ate a great breakfast this morning consisting of scrambled eggs, canteloupe, tomatoes and a small biscuit...all for around 450 calories! Check my food diary for details. Very happy!

I know, I love it too!!! My goal is to find something very healthy (and tasty) at a lot of my favorite resteraunts. So far, Cracker Barrell, AppleBees & Chilis are some places I don't have to feel guilty for going to. I'm still expanding my list... :) Love it!
