Nutrition requirements

A. To maintain current weight
Calories 3084 cal
Carbohydrates (55%) 1696 cal = 424 gm
Proteins (15%) 462 cal = 115 gm
Fats (30%) 925 cal = 102 gm

B. To lose weight by 1 lb. per week
Calories 2584 cal
Carbohydrates (55%) 1421 cal = 355 gm
Proteins (15%) 387 cal = 96 gm
Fats (30%) 775 cal = 86 gm


I'll be damned if I eat more than like 1500 cal a day. My eating cycle is shit.
