Monday morning in the North Country - sky is blue and sun is shining - deceptive! When there is no blanket of clouds, it actually is much colder. Go figure...
I am cautiously optimistic today. It is intermittent fast day, and using IF seems to have helped move the scale along. I am making better choices at all my meals, faithfully logging and drinking lots of fresh water. I am lagging in the exercise area - but will improve as the weather improves.
We go on our short trip to New Orleans on March 3rd. I would like to be down two or three more pounds before the trip. Weight loss is very slow, but I can see that I now lose "real" fat when I lose.
How about you? What "kind" of fat do you lose? (And, check out my previous journal if you haven't seen my reward yet!)

You have every reason to be optimistic - since this has been working for you. And you have almost 4 weeks to do it. I predict you'll have a great vacation (in more ways than one).

Congrats on hitting your new low! I'm with you... taking it slow but loss is REAL LOSS! Your nose stud is awesome!!! I have a hoop in mine... love the nose piercing! :) Have a fabulous week! :)

Good luck with the IF and great job being more cognizant of what you are eating! It all seems to be working for you. You are doing fantastic. no doubt you'll be down those pounds and maybe more by the time you take your trip!

I think having a goal to work towards helps. I know you will get those pounds lost before your trip. New Orleans is a very interesting place. Are you going on a haunted tour?

I know, that sun is such a tease in the winter!! Always gives us a false sense of security.. A month before your trip, very exciting!! I agree with the others, you will definitely drop those couple pesky pounds before you go! :)
