@dorellana9204 this one is quick and easy. 2 slices Sarah Lee Delightful Healthy Multi-grain bread, 1 whole egg, 1 tsp 1% milk and 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon to wisk in egg. I use great value canned evoo spray in my pan.(It will take the whole egg so don't let that 1st piece soak up all the egg.) When done cooking I use the Parkay spray as it has a butter taste but no calories or carbs, then I drizzle the allotted amount of Mrs. Butterworth's sugar free syrup. (Sometimes even less) then the fresh strawberries 😁. Makes for a wonderful change from just eggs!
