Heat wave on the east coast this past weekend. I worked on the deck when i could (5hrs Friday, 4 hours Saturday and 3 sunday all in the morning). lost 8 lbs!!!! Sure it was mostly fat as I don't look small like after surgery. can you say abs at 59?! I will take some photos and post later in the week. Hope everyone has a great week!
